I was initially looking for a lawn service to address my weed problem for this upcoming season, because I normally do it myself, but I was unable to physically at the start of the season. After contacting the staff at Turf Magic, I explained my concerns about addressing the problems in my yard and because they did not require an initial contract I was willing to give them a try. Not only have they addressed the original concern, but they have been very responsive by phone and in person. After the second treatment, I saw the tech in my yard and was able to have a good conversation about what my yard needed. I have been no less than thrilled, not only with how they showed up when scheduled, answered my concerns after service, but I am seeing significant results. Because of how they performed I expanded my service request to include aeration, soil retesting and grub management. I would highly recommend Turf Magic to anyone in need of professional and courteous lawn care. A very happy customer. 😊

If there is ever an issue or concern, they will send someone out to examine and offer solutions, and it is great to have a partnership with them. Our service manager, Ryan, is fantastic and always willing to discuss our concerns and answer any questions.
