Red Oak Tree Service did not complete their commitment. They also caused considerable property damage in the process. Their representative (Daniel) was totally dishonest with me and now will not return my attempt to communicate with him. I have been misled and lied to and am now stuck with the property damage and an unfinished trimming job. Very unethical and unprofessional business practice. I’m old school and that is not how I conduct business. Be wary of what you are quoted and what you actually end up with. There’s a big difference when all is said and done. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of morality and integrity that I have experienced with RED OAK TREE SERVICE.👎👎👎👎👎

Unfortunately I have to share this. Red Oak came to my house during the slow months (Feb) and did a fantastic job removing two trees. I was so happy with the work that I reached back out about 6 weeks later to get my yard graded and seeded. This is where the issue arose. Since April 6th, at least 3 times they stated they would come out to do the work and never showed up. They even called one morning and we spoke about the type of seeds needed, then they said they would be there later that day - they never showed up. They only communication that to place after that was initiated by me. I understand going after the bigger deals. I don't have a problem with that, but at least communicate with your customers so they know you're not coming. This was VERY unprofessional and disrespectful.
