I hateee leaving bad reviews, but Vichilis Tree Service ghosted me and rescheduled me multiple times. Originally their tree estimator sent me a quote and said they can fit me in two weeks away on a Wednesday. That wednesday comes, I don’t hear anything from them so I tried to call and text them to make sure they are still coming. I’m ghosted. I find two other phone numbers on their website and call those phone numbers. I’m told by the man who answers that they don’t have me on the schedule even though I have a quote and date confirmed via text. Okay, I’m annoyed but let them rebook me for Friday. I get a text on Thursday that something has come up and the need to reschedule for Saturday at 3pm. I change my plans for Saturday to be home when they cut down trees. Today is Saturday, I have no communication from Vilchilis until 3 hours before they are supposed to be at my house. I get a message saying they need to reschedule again. At this point, they got three chances to complete the job on days they told me they were available. They wanted to reschedule again, but after rescheduling and not showing up 2 times, I don’t trust they will ever commit to showing up.
