This company has been top notch as far as communication and professional work! Pro Scapes helped us revamp our backyard with new zoysia sod, plantings and a new irrigation system. Had an estimate within 24 hrs of reaching out and project was completed ahead of schedule. Definitely plan on using them when I take on my front yard. Highly recommend.

I hired Rick in July to complete a backyard sod installation along with an irrigation system. Overall, Rick’s crew did a good job on the yard itself. However, during the irrigation installation, they cut the power line that supplies electricity to my backyard shed and back bedroom of house. Rick assured me this issue would be fixed before the job was completed. His crew patched the wire, and I paid Rick in full. Unfortunately, it later became clear that the repair was not sufficient. Whenever I water the yard or it rains, the breaker trips because water was getting into the repaired section of the wire, leaving the shed without power. We have never had any issues with this until the wire was cut. I reached out to Rick to inform him that the repair was not working and that the shed and bedroom still did not have power. I was very disappointed with the communication that followed. Although Rick stated multiple times that his crew would come back to fix the issue, it required constant follow-ups on my part. I had even offered to compensate for the repair job. I have attached screenshots showing my attempts to contact him from August through early October, during which I repeatedly asked for updates. Rick consistently cited being behind schedule, short-handed, or trying to catch up as reasons for the delay. While I acknowledge that his crew did good work on the yard, I would strongly caution others to ensure that all issues are fully and properly resolved before making final payment. After Rick was paid, it became extremely difficult to get in touch with him, and for that reason, I am unable to give him a five-star review and still without power.

We recently worked with Pro Scapes for a landscaping project in our backyard, and we are quite satisfied with the results. They built three retaining walls and a paver patio that have greatly improved our outdoor space. From the initial consultation to the final touches, they delivered. Rick and Jorge were knowledgeable and provided helpful suggestions for the design. They paid attention to detail, ensuring the retaining walls were well-built and sturdy. They also kept requesting feedback throughout the project to make sure everything was how we wanted it. Throughout the project, they were punctual and kept the work area tidy. We appreciate their efforts and are pleased with the transformation of our backyard. We recommend Pro Scapes for landscaping projects and are happy with the outcome.

Rick and his team did an Awesome job installing sod and planting shrubs and 3 fruit house at my house. Rick honored his estimates, arrived on the dates that he was scheduled and even returned to replace squares that were not thriving. I definitely recommend this company and look forward to hiring them again in the future…

We had Rick and his crew do landscaping for our new construction. They added dirt, leveled and installed sod. Added a rock flower bed in front of our house and bordered around the whole house with rock. They also installed an irrigation system and a water fountain for us and at least 40 shrubs and 3 trees. The end result came out very beautiful and amazing. I couldn’t be happier and more proud of my whole yard. Throughout the whole process Rick always kept really good communication with us and he and his crew were great to work with!!!

Just completed a 245 sqft shadow box fencing by Proscapes LLC . Such a magnificent job! Cesar Pineda's team is A++ . This labor intensive fencing design project was completed in 2.5 days! Commence and completed according to plan. Professionalism, super precision, with great attention to details, open communication by constantly consulting me on my preferences every step of the way - confirming the look I wanted to reproduce. I was so please with Proscapes on my fencing project therefore , I decided for Richard Cencula ( Proscapes owner) to start up immediately for my lawn maintenance and turf management as well!
