One of the best experiences I've had in service and customer appreciation. That might sound like an over-dramatic exaggeration, but it's not. Because I was so happy and grateful for their service, I'm going to really take a minute and expound because I hope this will sway some business their way. This father- son , local, family business came up with a plan for our limited budget. Probably like most people, I grossly underestimated the amount of work required and the difference quality landscaping can make for a house. So much so, that it makes me laugh at myself. They were professional and personable from the manner they answer their phone to teaching me how to use stake sprinklers since we couldn't afford to install an irrigation system. They showed up on time with an army of workers and got at it. I felt a little guilty, for some reason, as I watched how hard they were toiling, but I admired them as well. These men were putting in a full day of hard labor to provide for their families. They were all very friendly and respectful. I could hear playful bantering as they were working and I could tell they enjoy their job, and it showed. My wife and I could not believe the finished product. We couldn't believe what a difference it made. I even had a few random tasks unrelated to our yard that required machinery and strength, and they cheerfully and eagerly helped me with it all. I would love to share more, but this is already probably too long. In short, this is a company that is ready to roll up their sleeves and get to work to make their customers happy. We look forward to more projects with them.
