I can’t express how happy I am with the work that Simple Solutions did in my home, rerouting my dryer vent and painting my kitchen. They also found a leak that I was not aware of, immediately called a plumber and had the issue resolved. Each day they were here, everything was immaculately clean. We had a waterline leak under the slab of our townhouse. We came home one afternoon to water all in our foyer, hallway and kitchen. Thinking it was the hot water heater, we tried to soak the water up with all the towels we had in the house. After using all the towels and it still coming out from under the baseboards, we figured it was something else. We cut off the water and called Jim at Simple Solutions. Jim and his team were there within 30 minutes. They hit the ground running and within 2 hours had all the wet drywall, baseboards and kitchen cabinets removed. All during this time, he was very patient with me while explaining what was going to happen and answering my questions. He told me he had a great team of subcontractors and could get the house put back together in 5 weeks to meet our deadline of being back in the house. I secretly thought there was no way it could be done and was prepared for at least 7-8 weeks based on past experience with local contractors. Jim and his team had me eating crow. They had it done in 5 weeks. It was amazing. Jim handled everything and kept us informed the whole way. He even dealt with the insurance company. We only made one phone call during this entire process and that was to Simple Solutions in the beginning. His team of Spruced up Renovations, Hodges Plumbing and First Class Painting were the best set of contractors we have ever dealt with. They were there when they said they would be and went above and beyond to make sure it got done. The owner of First Class Painting, Eduardo, even had the townhouse cleaned after they were done. I will never call anyone else when I need work done on my home, even when it’s not an emergency! I can’t recommend Simple Solutions enough. They get 5 stars from us Stacy and Genny Culbreath

They communicated thoroughly during the process and went above and beyond each step of the way. I haven’t been the recipient of this level of service in a very long time.
