If you want the best hire Ronnie Cochran and Ground Effects landscaping. Been doing business with him for years and provides reliable and superior service . My ivy in my lawn was dying due to fungus and I hired them to remove it all and replace it with sod. They even stump grinded a few stumps in the way. They adjusted sprinklers and are very concerned that the sod does well. He even is going to look at my lawn lighting, There is nothing they can't do it seems ! Highly recommend this reputable business person. What he says he will do he does.

Ronnie and his team transformed our property! A neighbor recommended him, and I’m so glad we reached out. They installed irrigation, a gravel drive, gave the beds a makeover, installed a small patio for an outdoor shower, installed a drain along the side of the house, laid new sod, etc. From the quote to the install, Ground Effects was superb. This company excels at the little things that add up to make a big difference. Their crew is hardworking, tidy, and easy to communicate with. I could not be happier with the experience, and we’ll certainly be recommending them and working with them on future projects.

We were very impressed with Ronnie and his team. Ronnie was knowledgeable and explained the whole process during the initial quote, even helping us figure out our irrigation system before we selected them for the job. The office staff were very helpful and responsive every time we called with questions and the crew that put the trees in worked fast while making sure our lawn didn't get tore up in the process. We LOVE the results and their price was by far the best of the 3 quotes we got. Ground effects is who we will be going with for any future landscaping.

Working with Ground Effects Landscaping was a fantastic experience! They were extremely timely and responsive to our initial request for a quote. We worked with Ronnie and he really listened to what we wanted and he gave us knowledgeable feedback and recommendations. After approving the quote, the work was done incredibly fast! They showed up when they said they would (which is so hard to find with companies these days..) and were so professional in their interactions with us. Their landscaping work was impeccable and we are SO happy with how it turned out. During the final walkthrough, Ronnie was very thorough and made sure everything was perfect. We bought the lot next-door to our home and to be kind, it often could be described as a mud pit. We received a number of quotes to fix the drainage and sloping issues as well as landscape the two lots as one to complement our home. Ronnie and the team at Ground Effects Landscaping made multiple visits to view the site and they were very patient in developing a plan to fit our budget. Once the project was started, the team fully explained what would happen with each of the steps so that there were no surprises. Great company, they did an amazing job on our yard! They started at 0830 and finished at 3pm. Trimmed all of our trees, put in new mulch, and basically just cleaned up the yard and made it look amazing. I would recommend these guys to anyone that wanted their yard done professionally, and to a high standard.
