Ronnie and his team transformed our property! A neighbor recommended him, and I’m so glad we reached out. They installed irrigation, a gravel drive, gave the beds a makeover, installed a small patio for an outdoor shower, installed a drain along the side of the house, laid new sod, etc. From the quote to the install, Ground Effects was superb. This company excels at the little things that add up to make a big difference. Their crew is hardworking, tidy, and easy to communicate with. If you want the best hire Ronnie Cochran and Ground Effects landscaping. Been doing business with him for years and provides reliable and superior service . My ivy in my lawn was dying due to fungus and I hired them to remove it all and replace it with sod. They even stump grinded a few stumps in the way. They adjusted sprinklers and are very concerned that the sod does well. He even is going to look at my lawn lighting, There is nothing they can't do it seems ! Highly recommend this reputable business person. What he says he will do he does.

I contacted Ground Effects to install a drainage system in my backyard because of standing water after rainy days. They were quick and super professional getting everything set up. Great company, they did an amazing job on our yard! They started at 0830 and finished at 3pm. Trimmed all of our trees, put in new mulch, and basically just cleaned up the yard and made it look amazing. I would recommend these guys to anyone that wanted their yard done professionally, and to a high standard.
