I do not recommend this company to no one, not even my worst enemy. This company billed us not knowing we were home the time they stated they provided the services. So this makes me believe did they EVER come to my home. I notified the company many times for someone to speak to, all I got was “we will call you back”. Days passed no phone called. This company is very unprofessional, very poor value, not responsive when it comes to their customers. Basically POOR QUALITY. So I went somewhere else.

This place is a total joke. I was stood up twice, with no phone call to reschedule, charged when I shouldn't have been, after I had to contact the owner of the company, and twice, had them come out and NOT do what I asked them to do. Then charged again! And completely ignored when I tried to contact someone about the bill! This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with any company. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Scam service , I don’t know why I paid almost 800 $ for a years service when not one did they come visit and inspect my home. I was supposed to receive 3 visits a year and now one month before renewal zero visits. Avoid this company
