Our poor cat Disco spent 48hrs approximately 75ft in a tree canopy before we finally connected with Don at Treedog Services. He was at our home within 30 minutes as promised. Like a true Pro he made quick work scrambling to Disco’s rescue. Which was no easy task as the tree trunk narrowed to nearly 4inches at her location. We are EXTREMELY GRATEFUL for Don’s kindness and willingness to save our little Disco on a Sunday to boot! We’re having Don back out to take care of some actual “tree” work in a couple of weeks and recommend you do the same. He was fantastic!

I can't say enough good things about this company! 😊 Don came out the day after I called him to assess the situation and give me a quote and then he and his team started cutting the fallen tree at exactly 8:00am, just like he promised. They were done cutting, loading all debris and blowing/cleaning off my yard by 9:30! Reasonable pricing and excellent, reliable service that can't be beat. I'll be using them again soon. 🥰

If Mr. Don puts this much care, skill, and determination into rescuing a stubborn cat from a tree, I can only imagine the quality of his regular tree work! We found Treedogs while desperately searching for someone who could help rescue our escaped cat, Ghost, who had gotten himself stuck high in a tree. Mr. Don responded to our request within minutes, communicated with us consistently throughout the entire ordeal, and rearranged his schedule when an opening became available so he could get to us earlier. What impressed me most was how thoughtful and resourceful he was. Ghost was a particularly challenging rescue, and when the first approach didn't work, Mr. Don didn't just give up or force something unsafe. He reassessed the situation, talked us through our options, came back later that day, and used a combination of his equipment, experience, and some creative problem-solving to finally get Ghost safely within our reach. Beyond being extremely knowledgeable and well-equipped, Mr. Don was friendly, patient, respectful, and genuinely cared about getting our cat home safely. He was reliable from the first phone call through the very end. We originally found Treedogs for a pretty unusual reason, but the experience gave us full confidence that Mr. Don and his team bring the same thoroughness, communication, and problem-solving to everything they do! I wouldn't hesitate to call Treedogs for tree work in the future. Five stars, easily—and Ghost is back home where he belongs!

I couldn’t be happier with the work this tree company did! From the initial call to the cleanup, the entire process was professional and stress-free. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and took great care of our property while removing the trees. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and left the yard cleaner than they found it.
