We had a tree fall on our fence from Hurricane Helene. They were out there Friday morning and had the massive tree gone by lunch time. Professional from the office to the people in the field. Great people, great company. Highly recommend! I attached pictures to show. Realized I did not get an after photo, and that’s on me lol

8/17/24, 7pm storm damage in Lilburn. A big forked hardwood tree snapped at the fork during the high winds & rain, whipped around and smacked the corner of my roof from the side and landed on the ground with branches on the roof and covering my car. I called my HO insur company immediately and at 9:45am this morning (Sun), Tommy & Bobby were here from Big Red Tree Service. They were friendly yet professional, methodically removing the part of the tree that fell so I can use my car and the roof damage can be assessed. They'll be back to remove the rest of the tree but I really appreciate them taking care of the immediate need so quickly. Ronnie is the "big boss" and he called to be sure the intial task was completed and I was satisfied. Highly recommend Big Red Tree Svc!

I am very, very happy with Big Red Tree Service, I had an old, dead, very tall dead tree that needed to be cut down in my backyard, and I called Big Red Tree Service based on their great reviews. Their team came out within the scheduled timeframe and did a phenomenal job with taking down the tree, grinding the stump and getting rid of the limbs, etc. offsite. They were extremely professional, great attitudes, and did a great job!!! Yes, I would highly highly recommend this company!!!!

Big Red tree service did a fantastic job removing 3 trees near my home. These three were all close to the house (estimating about 15ft from the base of the trees to the house. The trunks and branches were closer or hanging over the roof). To add to the challenge I have a long difficult driveway this was not an issue for the crew's setup. If you are looking for a tree removal service this one lives up to the recommendations.
