I would highly recommend this company for any of your tree or yard needs. Very professional and reliable. They kept in contact with their schedule and arrival times with us and did an excellent job cutting down our trees, grinding up the tree stomps, clearing out the branches and brush in our surrounding woods. Once they were finished they cleared all the debris, raked the yard, leaving the yard in great condition. I would give them a “5” Star rating.

Big Red Tree Service has done an awesome job for us. They cut down eight extremely tall pines and topped off out sweet gum. They are very professional, extremely proficient, haul off all debris and clean up the area after they're done. Ronnie and the rest of his crew were great to work with. They also did work a couple times for my Mother, who will be 87 this year. They did an awesome job for her, too. I was so very glad they treated my Mother with respect and did not try to overcharge her. It's hard to find service companies that will not take advantage of people. You can trust that Big Red Tree Service will give you an honest price for their work, and do the best job they can for you. If you ever need tree service, don't hesitate to call Big Red Tree Service. Our tree lost a HUGE limb, that covered the front lawn. Also, the tree had 2 dead limbs that needed attention. We called several companies, but Big Red Tree Service was able to come out quickly. John, friendly and knowledgeable, met with us to assess the tree's health and gave us an estimate. He took his time and answered all of our questions. The price was reasonable, compared to 2 other companies. The work crew showed up on time and finished quickly. Our tree looks great!! The Customer service is excellent as you speak to a "real person" Michelle, who is nice, too. I would highly recommend them!

Recieved a load of wood chips from Big Red via ChipDrop. The guys who delivered it were so kind and courteous. They put the pile of chips exactly where I needed it. It was a lot more chips than I was expecting, which is fine because I am sharing with my neighbors. They also gave me a reasonable quote for removing several trees in my yard. Would definitely recommend them for any tree work you need done.

Received an estimate from Ron at Big Red Tree Service. Also received other bids from several companies. Ron was very knowledgeable about all the trees in our yard and made recommendations for us to consider. We eventually choose his company to take down 29 trees in our backyard and trim some others. They scheduled us within a week and came and performed the work in two days! All of his workers were personable and kept on the job task at hand. Even performed a few little extra requests. They cleaned up everything after completing the job. They even repaired a fence section that a limb had knocked down and put a new gate latch on. My husband and I would highly recommend Big Red Tree Service. MIchelle was excellent to deal with also. Thanks Ron and staff!

The price was very reasonable for what I needed done. Michelle was very nice and always answered the phone when I called. It never once went to a voicemail. Ronnie was super helpful answering questions I had when he was going over the process they would do to get the trees down. The crew had all 3 trees down in about 2 to 3 hours even working around power lines. They were very good about getting all the limbs and mulch cleaned up quickly. The guy grinding the stumps did a very good job working around a truck that was parked near the grinding area ( My fault). He made sure to keep the grinder positioned where no wood chips hit the truck. I would definitely have no hesitation calling them again for any tree service needs.
