Received an estimate from Ron at Big Red Tree Service. Also received other bids from several companies. Ron was very knowledgeable about all the trees in our yard and made recommendations for us to consider. We eventually choose his company to take down 29 trees in our backyard and trim some others. They scheduled us within a week and came and performed the work in two days! All of his workers were personable and kept on the job task at hand. Even performed a few little extra requests. They cleaned up everything after completing the job. They even repaired a fence section that a limb had knocked down and put a new gate latch on. My husband and I would highly recommend Big Red Tree Service. MIchelle was excellent to deal with also. Thanks Ron and staff!

The price was very reasonable for what I needed done. Michelle was very nice and always answered the phone when I called. It never once went to a voicemail. Ronnie was super helpful answering questions I had when he was going over the process they would do to get the trees down. The crew had all 3 trees down in about 2 to 3 hours even working around power lines. They were very good about getting all the limbs and mulch cleaned up quickly. The guy grinding the stumps did a very good job working around a truck that was parked near the grinding area ( My fault). He made sure to keep the grinder positioned where no wood chips hit the truck. I would definitely have no hesitation calling them again for any tree service needs.

A real honest small business. I was given a very reasonable quote so I decided to go with Big Red to take care of a couple of our huge pine trees. I’m sure glad I did. Not only was I greeted with kindness from every employee I interacted with, I also received excellent communication and punctual service. The big red crew knocked out our project in about half a day, with one of the 90ft pines being only 10ft from our house. Not a lick of damage done, they cleaned up the yard very well, and hauled all of the waste away. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend this company for any of your tree or yard needs. Very professional and reliable. They kept in contact with their schedule and arrival times with us and did an excellent job cutting down our trees, grinding up the tree stomps, clearing out the branches and brush in our surrounding woods. Once they were finished they cleared all the debris, raked the yard, leaving the yard in great condition. I would give them a “5” Star rating.

The Big Red Tree Service team is highly recommendable. Communication about when the team would arrive was well appreciated. I received a call early in the AM giving me a better idea when to expect the team. When they got here, they did a walk thru and got to work. Our expectations (mine and my neighbor's) were met exceedingly. The agreed upon price was very reasonable. It showed that the team cared about doing the job right.
