I had a very disappointing experience with this landscape plus supply store. I reserved a pallet of Bermuda sod a day in advance, and when my crew picked it up, everything looked fine at first glance. However, once they began installing it on-site, they realized the pallet had been stacked in a misleading way only the top 2–3 rolls were good quality, while the rest of the sod underneath was in very poor condition. The sod was falling apart during installation and clearly not usable. I immediately contacted the store, and one of the employees told me it was just “dormant.” As someone in the landscaping business, I know the difference—this was not dormancy, this was bad-quality sod. I then spoke with the owner, Mike, and unfortunately that interaction was just as frustrating. While he did agree to refund the pallet (which I do appreciate), he refused to take any responsibility beyond that. This situation caused me to lose significant time, labor, and money on the job. I only got about 200 sq ft of usable sod out of a 500 sq ft pallet, and now I have to redo the work. When I asked about compensation for labor and time lost, he refused and essentially blamed me for purchasing from them. His response was that he’s been doing this for 20 years and “it happens,” which is not acceptable when customers are the ones taking the financial hit. As a business owner, I can absorb a loss like this, but smaller companies might not be able to. Situations like this can seriously hurt someone trying to grow their business. I would strongly recommend checking your materials very carefully before leaving this store.

5/5 Customer Service: I called Friday after noon looking for 4.5 pallets of zeon zoysia sod. I forgot the name of the gentleman who takes the calls, but he was very helpful and had great communication. He had 1.5 pallets of zeon available Friday and the 3 other pallets I needed he didn’t have available until Saturday. I paid for all 4.5 pallets on Friday afternoon and took the 1.5 pallets home that day. I received a call at 7:00 am on Saturday that my sod was ready for pickup. Great communication and great job staying on schedule. I give even more props to the yard workers there. My trailer was about 6” too narrow to load the pallets directly onto, and the yard workers helped me hand stack all the sod onto my trailer. Outstanding customer service! 4/5 Pricing: Pricing was better than most places. 3.5/5 Quality: Most of the sod looks great. I did have some dry pieces mixed into the pallets and some pieces that were cut very shallow. I think everything will survive as I keep watering it. My biggest gripe was the inconsistency in the shapes. 80% of the sod was nice, even rectangles. The other 20% was a hodge-podge of all different sizes that took a lot of extra effort to cut to size. In the end, they get a 4/5 and I think I will go back to get some more sod to finish my yard

Horrible Service and Zero Accountability – Avoid at All Costs! I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Landscape Plus, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. I placed an order for ZEON Zoysia grass, but they delivered Emerald Zoysia instead—a completely different product than what I paid for. When I contacted the owner, Mike, he admitted that the sod was delivered to the wrong address, which was over a mile away from my home. I sent him pictures to prove the mistake, and his response was appalling. Instead of offering to fix the issue, he asked, "Oh, don’t you have a machine that you can use to transport the pallets to your house?" This is absolutely unacceptable, especially considering I spent over $4,000 on this order. When I asked Mike if he could accommodate me for his company's mistake, his response was, "Well, I don’t know what to tell you." This level of customer service is disgraceful. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They clearly don’t care about their customers or taking responsibility for their mistakes. AVOID LANDSCAPE PLUS AT ALL COSTS!

The finest supplier of half dead or half alive sod. Payment in full required prior to delivery. Sod on top of pallet is beautiful. The sod underneath was sad at best. Called and sent pics immediately. No replacement, no discount, no concerns. Run from this supplier! Update 30 days later. The healthy grass thrives, the half dead is still half dead. Takes a tremendous amount of extra water to keep that half of lawn alive.

Purchased the best gardening soil that they said was intended for gardening and raised garden beds. A lot of labor and time went into this project. At first glance, the soil looked decent. But after a few waterings, it became apparent how much woodchip/mulch filler was mixed in. So much so plants will not grow and this garbage has to be removed. Will not be back. BUYER BEWARE.
