BUYER’S BEWARE!!!!! The owner/worker named Josh came out to my sister’s house and performed a concrete job that was obviously too big for him and ONE other person, named Marcus, to handle. My sister requested 2 patio pads and he quoted her $3700. After paying the initial deposit of $2000, Josh and his other worker came out to perform the job. The job was delayed a few times before actually getting started due to lack of communication on his part. I have attached pictures for everyone to see the horrible job he performed for my sister. Not only, did they perform a horrible job, they got concrete in her grass, on her fence and on the side of her house. They did come out to pressure wash the house and replace some of the grass that had concrete in it. Long story short, she sued him in court for her $2000 deposit back and SHE WON and he has yet to still pay for his mistakes due to inexperience and lack of care for someone else’s property. Oh and don’t bother to ask about military discount. When she asked about it, he told her it was already included in the price, but he didn’t know she was military. Please, if at all possible, take your money elsewhere!

I had a French Drain installed in my backyard. From my requesting the service, communication was quick and professional. I was able to receive an estimate and schedule my service within a week. The work was delivered on-time and with good quality. Payment was very quick and easy via an email, which I was able to fulfill with Apple Pay and no pesky service fees (which is awesome!). Highly recommend!!

Discovered I had a main PVC water pipe connection crack and was leaking flooding my sidewalk and irrigation box 2 days after Christmas. Called Southern Pro and they responded immediately. Only good thing about the whole deal. Marcus, the so-called tech that showed up mentioned he wasnt certified to do work in GA. Only SC. Obvious red flag from get-go I should have picked up on. Yes, he repaired the water leak... but he put the backflow valve to my irrigation system back in backwards. (See pic with backflow valve water direction arrow pointed wrong direction) Obviously, the irrigation system was never tested after leak repair was completed to ensure that worked properly. 2nd red flag. Had to pay in $250 cash which I thought was odd. 3rd red flag. Discovered 2 weeks ago when I attempted to test my irrigation. Nothing. Asked a HOA friend that is certified with 18 years bar none subject expertise stop by and immediately identified the problem within 2 minutes. After I had to dig out and open up the irrigation pipes..again. he corrected the problem from the uncertified tech, tested, and fine-tuned my irrigation system as it should have been done from the get-go after water leak repair.. Another $470 out of pocket to correct and replace damaged parts from the initial screw-up. Contacted Southern Pro owner letting him know what his employee did. Mentioned he would reimburse me 50% and would see it in the mail no later than 3 days later. Nothing in mailbox. Asked when I can expect it. Said it would arrive within week. Nothing. Been 11 days with no reimbursement check in mailbox as mentioned would happen Do not contact this company for irrigation issues. Always make sure the repair individual is certified prior to beginning any work costing you $$. Do not let this happen to you as it did me.

Josh has a good vision for detail, has a great work ethic, and is easy to get along with. He did a good amount of work on our property, from tree cutting and removal, wood fence installation, start of gate column installation, and some land clearing. We stopped the work that still had to be done when we fronted him a large amount of money for the next stage of work, and it was not done. After waiting over six weeks and no response from Josh, we hired other contractors to finish the project.. We also lost virtually all communication with him during this period. To this day we still have never been reimbursed for the money we provided him for materials and labor that still had to be done. Otherwise, I would have given him a 5-star rating based on what he did do for us.

Joshua is absolutely hands down the best. He gave me good firewood and even loaded it into my vehicle himself. He knows his trees thats for sure and is super friendly and has a strong work ethic. I would fully recommend him and his crew for any of your needs. Best campfire of the year!!

Do not use this company!! He started the job, disassembled by sprinkler, busted a pipe and left before the job was finished. I have receipts and text messages! The company is a fraud. Do your research first. Often times you can’t reach him because he has no minutes in his phone. I wrote a review and he lied in his response then removed his page. FRAUD!
