Have you ever wondered what to do if your cat gets stuck in a tree? I’ll save you the 20 phone calls (to Vets, tree services, and volunteers)….call Grand Magnolia. They rescued our cat from a tree. Our cat was going into her 48 hour period stuck in the neighbors tree, about 40-60+ feet. We were doing all the recommended things/tips and nothing worked. When I called Grand Magnolia, I thought I was going to get rejected like all the other tree services we contacted. Nope! César said we are on a job right now but give me your address and when we finish, I’ll head your way. When César and Galo showed up, they got to work immediately, the cat was out of the tree with 30 minutes. The bravery and tenacity Galo demonstrated in chasing our cat all around the tree was incredible. I would like to add, the Columbia County Fire Department did come out on the first day but were unable to catch her as she climbed higher every time they got close. She tried to do the same to Galo but he wasn’t having it. We can’t say thank you enough.

Communication was quick, easy, honest, and consistent. My wishes, specifications, and constant questioning were met with sincerity and honesty. They even helped my elderly parents move things around. From day one, Mr. Ceasar and his crew worked from early morning until nearly sunset. We’ve lived in our home for 34 years, and those trees were here many long years before us. The hurricane beat them up pretty bad. Although we feel somewhat exposed, the comfort of knowing the threat of gigormous limbs continuing to fall on us is GONE!!! The stumps were grinded to shreds, and all debris was removed promptly. They have excellent work ethics: no profanity, smoking or loud music either. A respectful crew. The total cost was beyond reasonable. We highly recommend Grand Magnolia. I forgot to mention, I asked for a recommendation for repairing our fence which was also damaged. I didn’t realize fence repair and replacement was another service they offer. Completely repaired and a brand new gate in hours. It’s a wonderful feeling to have the sense of relief from the danger of the trees!!! We are very grateful they squeezed us in their very busy schedule because he could see the danger lurking…only a matter of time…

This company is hands down the best i have come across for tree services. They cut down a tree and cleared out overgrown shrubbery/vines from my property. From calling in for a quote to finished job, Caesar and his crew were extremely transparent, polite, and most importantly professional. They arrived on time and stayed in communication with me with any changes and completed the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of tree services in the CSRA!

Grand Magnolia came on time when they said they were going to come. Cut my tree down in a timely matter even though I was bird dogging them. Went above and beyond on the clean up when they were finished. I would recommend them on any tree work that is needed done. 10 out of 10 service and great communication.

This company did fantastic work on my property. I mean look at the before and after pictures! They took out these two huge pine trees and the smaller tree. They ground the stumps down and flattened the back yard for me afterwards. No damage to my property or the neighbors. These trees were massive!! Many companies were afraid to touch the trees due to liability and the size. However, Grand Magnolia did not shy away from the challenge. Their crew did an amazing job calculating each cut and ensuring the gigantic limbs fell with precision away from obstacles around. This was a small work space that they managed to work in. They were punctual, professional, polite, and very very hardworking. They did not leave until the job was done and done to the highest standard. I got over 20 quotes (out of town and local) before choosing them. They were very reasonable for the price they quoted, and gave several assurances in case things went wrong (which they did not). All of my questions were answered and there left no doubt in my mind that they were the right ones for the job. Oh, and they will be replacing my fence that was damaged during Hurricane Helene for a great deal too next week! I’m sure they’ll do just as great of a job on the fence as they do the trees. Please consider at least calling them to get a quote - you won’t be disappointed in their work… I know I’m not. The peace of mind knowing that the trees are gone is priceless.
