Kevin, with Stump Grinder Atlanta, exemplifies "Customer Experience". Requested a quote from Kevin for stump grinding 3 stumps in our backyard; Two were for trees recently taken down by a company Kevin recommended, 1 was for a tree taken down over 2 years ago by a company I was not pleased with (Even though they offered this service, I would not have awarded them the work due to their owner who was incredibly rude). Kevin provided a very straightforward, "competitive" estimate compared to other companies we spoke with. The work performed was top notch. One of the stumps to be ground down was in a portion of our backyard that had a mulch bed. Kevin and his team raked back the mulch, used screen netting around the area of the stump to ensure when the stump was ground down, none of the debris would get into other portions of our mulch. They then raked back into place all the mulch. Couldn't tell if the work was done or not; That was how professionally performed the work was. Don't waste your time with other companies, Stump Grinder Atlanta is the way to go. Competitive pricing, top notch customer service and an owner, Kevin, that stands behind his companies work. 5 Stars all the way!

Kevin is a godsend! After receiving Kevin's information from my neighbors, I called him to discuss if he would come out to the town I live in as it was a tad further than the website mentioned. To my delight, he said yes! Discussing the cost estimate and scheduling the service was super easy and straight forward. On the day of the stump grinding, Kevin was very professional, explained how he'd ensure the underground utility lines (especially the water line) were easily avoidable and answered all my questions. A short time later, Kevin was done, the stump was gone, and I was a happy camper.
