Alejandro and his team did excellent quality work in trimming trees off our home and deck. They also help identify problem trees which we removed and pruned our pear tree. Their name, “ A Better Tree Service”, really says it. They really are a better tree service. From the time I called Alex, to when the job was finished, we were impressed with the professionalism, hard work and the clean up preformed by this team. I reached out to Alejandro at Better Tree Service to understand what services they provided relative to competitors. One of the biggest reasons we went with them was their full suite of services, as it was convenient to have one company do the tree removal, stump grinding, and plant a new tree in its place. Not only did they do an amazing job, we ended up adding on to the project. We did a complete re-mulch of the property, and have 7 plants added to the beds in the front. At every turn, Alejandro was proactive in his communication and did everything he could to put our minds at ease. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and plan to use their services again.

Having asked a few of our neighbours which tree service they would recommend. My spouse and I contacted Alejandro and scheduled a date and time for Alejandro to come to our home and give us a quote on some work we wanted done. Alejandro arrived on time and walked the yard with us, making mental notes of the work to be done. Alejandro quoted the job on the spot, and we arranged the date and time for the job to be done. Alejandro and his team arrived on the date and time scheduled. Within minutes, everybody was hard at work. From the moment the work started all members of the team were actively engaged in getting the job done right, efficiently and safely and kept the worksite clear of debris as they worked. I’m in awe of how well the team worked together.
