Cecil was excellent he arrived ahead of scheduled time to give an estimate. He spent time explaining what needed to be done to complete the project. No reason to use anybody else, other than Rowe. Cecil was thorough, met with me, talked-through the whole project with me. They even sneaked my project among other projects, when they had a last-minute opening. The quote was less than the first quote I got. Will definitely be using them when it's time to do some more tree-stuff around here.
