Terrible customer service. Katie pretty much cut me off when I told her that the quote she gave was vastly different from the one I received two days ago. I have been trying to get them to come out and service my lawn for 4 months now. But the old bait and switch is their game. Terrible! Buyer Beware. I believe they pay for positive reviews. Update- the technicians are amazing and my grass is the envy of the subdivision. From dead and dry to green and lush. 6/24/2026

WOULD YOU PAY FOR YOUR GRASS TO LOOK LIKE THIS‼️⁉️‼️⁉️ My experience with TruGreen has been very disappointing. My grass has been poisoned. It has never looked like this. They won’t give me new grass. There is nothing they do to try and remedy this situation. I essentially payed hundreds of dollars to kill my lawn.

So far, my experience has been negative. My lawn currently looks about the same as it did last summer when I was treating it myself. A technician did come back out on 7/6/26 to re-spray for weeds, which I appreciate. However, I feel this should have been addressed during the March and April visits before the weed problem got out of control. TruGreen advertises that technicians observe the lawn and treat based on what they see, but with services being about a month apart, issues like this should have been noticed and handled sooner. My yard is currently full of crabgrass, and previous visits seemed to focus mostly on fertilizer treatments instead of controlling the weeds. Overall, the weed control results have been disappointing. I also had an issue in May where too much fertilizer was applied in one area, which burned a section of my grass. That spot still has not recovered. I was expecting a more proactive approach and better results from a professional lawn service. Unfortunately, my experience so far has not met those expectations.

Their specialist were able to identify what was causing problems with my lawn and took t h e appropriate steps to resolve the issue. Their communications is top notch, ensuring that I'm aware of what's happening with my care plan and letting me know what I can do to help the process. I'm very pleased.

This is a bit tardy from a previous visit by TrueGreen. I really appreciate how Lawrence handled my treatment! Very considerate! He called me before he started to let me know my doggies were out in the backyard which allowed me to bring them in and close their doggie door. He also brought my trash cans from the street to my back gate!!! Talk about sweet and thoughtful! I appreciate you all! And then, yesterday, June 17, 2026, Elias came to do my treatment and was as kind, prompt and thorough as he could be! Sure appreciate these two!

A manager came to my home and reviewed the issues I had with weeds. It took a couple of weeks requesting him but someone finally showed up. He addressed what to do with some of the bald spots on my yard then had someone come out to treat the weeds the next day. My concern is that it took months of complaining to get the service I needed. However, I can see where some of the weeds are dying. Hopefully they complete the job and give me the yard I have been paying for, for over a year!
