The landscapers arrived on time and immediately started working. It was a big project. Lots of digging out old dead plants with deep roots. Watering and mulched the areas .They worked very hard and were very nice guys. Asking if they had the new plants where I wanted them. And rearranged some heavy porch furniture. Everything looked fantastic when they finished. Proscape always does a great job whether it’s the mowing crew or special projects. They really are the best service I have ever had. Initially found the company because of their extremely high satisfaction rating. They did not disappoint. From the time I called,!Chad came out and looked at the project and gave me a price. He worked around my vacation schedule and scheduled right after vacation. They came out on the day agreed to at 8:30. They were ready to work: The project took 2 days. They brought their machines and transformed the area into a landscaped paradise. They installed 14 pallets of sod, several tons of rock, and pine straw. What really impressed me was Kasey the project manager. He and his crew were friendly. They let me tweak the project. I wanted a few things like an extra limb cut or the rock to curve a certain way. These were the little things that made the project a success. My wife was also very pleased with them. They were on time, efficient, cleaned up and blew off everything. The final price was exactly the same as the quote. I would happily use them again.

I wanted to get 1000+ sqft stone patio and retaining wall built. They were very fast to respond and Chad came out to do an estimate. He was extremely professional and courteous. I got an estimate just a few days later. I didn’t have an issue with the cost because it came in relatively close to three other estimates. I was happy with it actually. I called them back to answer a few more questions before I was going to make my decision to go with them. The problem came when I asked if I would get a drawing/plan of the project. He said they don’t normally do drawings/plans but he would come back out and discuss the details of what I actually wanted. This would have been fine but he never called me back or returned. I guess providing a plan for a small $70k project was too much? How would customers know they are going to get what they’re asking for or even if close to their concept if a plan isn’t provided. I would understand if they don’t provide plans until the estimate is accepted but that wasn’t even the case. It was just a flat out no plans. Maybe my project was too small in scope?

Nobody can match the customer service that this company provides! Today's corporate world could take a lesson or two from Chad and the folks at ProScapes. I have story after story where they have gone above and beyond. I also have stories where I may have had an issue or two with something that happened on a maintenance visit but they respond quickly and get whatever has happened corrected and FAST! If you're in the market for a landscaper, look no further!

ProScapes did a fantastic job. They installed a retaining wall, corrected a drainage issue and laid almost 30 pallets of SOD. The crews were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up everything at the end of every day. I honestly can’t think of anything they could have done better.
