This is the place to go if you want fresh, full trees, and great customer service. The trees are already in stands to see it fallen out. My girls and I did not lift a finger to load it well and made it home safe. Prices are transparent and they last longer than the big box stores. 3 years running and we get trees for two households and firewood to last all winter for less than anywhere else. Please, consider getting your firewood, Christmas trees, and straw from this small business. It doesn’t hurt to look here first!

The owner was consistently rude, used inappropriate language with employees, and created a hostile work environment. Additionally, I found their pricing to be unreasonably high. Great Christmas tree lot with precut trees. The prices are very reasonable. The trees look fresh and smell great. I noticed they are kept in water. This is different from other places where the tree already has less than half life left because it is dry. Service was great. A suggestion would be to set up a mini picture area for families to take pictures after they pick their tree. Also a bigger sign next to the side of the road would definitely bring in more customers.

My interaction with this company left much to be desired. The owner’s disrespectful and offensive language towards employees was disheartening. This, coupled with exorbitant charges, created a regrettable experience. I would advise potential clients to seek services elsewhere, as the overall atmosphere and pricing structure do not align with a positive and customer-friendly business approach.

I could not be more thrilled with the overall experience with BAM Another Pinestraw... The Pinestraw is clean with beautiful long needles. The team that installed it did a fantastic job. It looks fantastic and makes a huge difference in the appearance of the yard. The most impressive part is the level of service and communication. They scheduled my install providing the day and apx time of 11am. When they realized early that morning it would be a couple hours later before they would arrive, I received a text giving me a heads up. They arrived as planned, did exactly what was expected, cleaned up and were off. BAM is now on my short list of amazing service providers.
