Short review: We will use DP for all of our tree needs from now on! They are kind, professional, and the results were beyond our expectations. Long review: My husband and I purchased our home a year ago. We have somewhere around 50 trees on our property and truly no experience with tree maintenance. We had some limbs coming close to the roof and knew those needed to be addressed so we called DP. Mark came out, spent almost an hour walking the property with me, looking at all of the trees, and giving us a quote for the limbs heading toward the house + some more work to truly make the house look beautiful. We immediately knew we wanted DP to do the service just based off the thoughtfulness and thoroughness of the quoting process. Flash forward 24 hours and our dog had to have emergency surgery and the cost for both the surgery + all the tree work we needed was just not possible for us. I called Mark, explained the situation and asked if he could requote us to just the critical items and we would get to all the "optional" items hopefully a bit later. Mark responded almost like family. Taking concern with our situation but also working with us to get the quote down to a price point we could afford. The very next day his team was out here and by the time we were coming back home with our pup, the work was done, the yard was cleaned and the crew was gone (very impressed with how quickly they worked!). When we started walking the property we were BLOWN AWAY. DP Trees had squeezed in truly as much of the "optional" work as they possibly could while they were here. Surprising us with not only a home that doesn't have any immediate tree needs but also really looks beautiful! they even took the time to remove some existing fallen limbs / debris from our backyard that posed a risk to my dog during his recovery. I truly can't imagine a kinder company or a more straightforward process. We will be using them and recommending them for as long as we live here / have trees :)

Great service.. Big, tall Gumball tree removed. Crew was pleasant, efficient and clean up went beyond expectations. I will be using their services again as I live in 3 wooded acres.

This is for my parents. They came out and removed around 30 trees. The reason for 5 stars is because of their attention to detail. They removed 6 reflectors and 3 lights that lined their driveway as a precaution so they don’t damage them. And when they were done, they remembered to replace them. They had to remove a section of fence, they replaced it. And remembered the placement of rocks in front of the fence and put them back exactly how they were before. That level of customer service and detail is hard to find and worth every penny

Updating with a star back after working with other companies on same specific property. get multiple bids and dont get rushed into signing anything. then - if their bid is fair - you're good because the crew does do good work

*I had to update my review down to 3 stars due to bullet point one regarding the catch basin. After the rain last week, it made a hole in our yard and the catch basin is now visible underground (picture attached). Honestly, the overall experience was good. Mark was really responsive and the crew did an excellent job in fixing our backyard. The price was better than most other places. Three reasons why I couldn't give them five stars. 1.) There is still a trail forming even with the catch basin they put in place. They came back after we paid to come take a look at it (which was super generous) but they didn't completely fix the issue. Mark said they would put rocks or something but ended up just cementing it which the water still goes around. 2.) Even though, they put wood in our neighbors driveway (which was our biggest concern), they didn't for ours so they left big trails in our front yard from the machines. 3.) The crew left a lot of their trash in our backyard (like food wrappers/bottles) so we had to clean it up after they left. Again, the overall experience was great! We are needing our backyard tree removed but we're not 100% sold to use them again just because of the first reason.

DP Tree Removal did an EXCELLENT job: they cut/removed 2 large trees and trimmed several other trees/branches; they also cleaned/removed the branches/debis & they even used a leaf blower to clean off the road! Mark and Daniel and their crew were very professional and courteous! Looks like a different yard..... thank you DP Tree Removal!
