I had heard good things about Arbor-nomics so I signed up two years ago. I had to cancel due to lack of attention to problems in my lawn and lack of customer service. I called the company last spring about the significant presence of brown grass in my zoysia lawn. I have a sprinkler system so water is not the issue. A technician came out in May and dismissed the problem as "not hot enough yet". This was despite the fact that my neighbor’s yard was completely green. (We had the same sod installed on the same day two years ago.) I called again a month later and manager came out and dismissed the problem the same way, "not hot enough yet". Despite the hot summer months, my lawn remained around 50% brown while my neighbors grass looks beautiful. If there is something I should have done better with my lawn, I would like to have been told. However, the problem was simply dismissed both times as temperature related. I called the office multiple times this summer and I was told each time a manager would call me back. He never did. I have since switched to another company with the hope that they can correct this problem.

The customer service at arbornomics is always warm and helpful. However, the service itself, i.e. the health of my lawn is below par, and we have been their customers for years now. I am considering changing ☹️

I asked Chris about a big spot in my yard that was not doing well. The fescue was spotty with some three leaf clovers showing up. Chris explained the problem and what he was doing to resolve the issue. Chris was helpful and a credit to Arbor-Nomics.

I hired this company to get my yard ready for a big family event this fall. Instead they killed the lawn. And when I showed them the damage, their response was to just wait a week or two -- meaning it will still look like this for our party. The lack of concern is staggering. I guess I'll have to re-sod the yard and seek reimbursement.
