I highly recommend these guys if you need tree removal done! I had 2 HUGE trees close to my house. When I say HUGE I mean HUGE. These trees had been there for almost 80 years. They came out and cut those trees down like it wasn’t a big deal. I was very impressed with the safety and caution they used during this service. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the service Jason and his team provided. After a storm, we had a huge Hack Berry tree that partially fell. Jason and his team were highly adaptable and prompt in supporting us. His business model is exceptionally fair, and ensures that his jobs are first based upon risk/impact to customers. After the priority work, it is truly a first come first serve system. Jason was incredibly straightforward with the scope and cost of the task, and there were no hidden surprises. He delivered exactly what he said he would at the cost that he quoted with remarkable quality. His team went above and beyond in ensuring that collateral damage to our yard was minimized, all of the debris was cleaned up, and the stump(s) that we had ground down were at a minimum of 12 inches deep instead of just an inch or two below soil level. This will help make planting in the area in the future a viable option if we decide to put something other than grass in the spot where the tree fell. On top on the prompt quality service, Jason and his team were exceptionally welcoming and professional. I had the opportunity to talk with Justin, Dale and Terry, and all of them were tremendous people to interact with. Even though there are many tree service companies in the area, we will never chose another option if Jason and his team are an option. He and his team set the standard for what an exceptional business should strive to be.

After the recent rounds of rain and high winds, I ended up with a fallen tree in my yard. I used BIC Tree Service a couple of years ago when I needed trees removed in preparation for getting a new roof and they did a great job. I called Jason and he came out the next day to survey the situation. He got a crew out to the house within a few days and once again, they did an outstanding job. The crew worked quickly and efficiently and it's like the tree was never there. In a world where it sometimes feels like customer service is a lost art, I can tell you that it is a philosophy very much alive at BIC Tree Service. Great people delivering great service!

Jason & his team were able to visit our property the same day that we called them for a quote! They explained the process of removing trees from a storm & they were back at our property early the next morning to safely remove a tree from our roof. The guys really were great.We had a large tree that was getting very scary.They came out gave us a price scheduled date to come back .I was surprised when they worked us in even sooner than expected. I would never use anyone else the yard was spotless when they left stumps completely gone couldn't tell they had ever been in the yard .Rare to get a good price and a great job and the most courtesy guys you would ever meet .would never use anyone else .
