Terrible communication and poor service. We finally decided to cancel and it took three emails to get them to respond with "confirmed". They didn't care as to why. Half of my grass is gone after using them for two years. They would either over cut or not show up for weeks, letting what was there become overgrown. They also blew grass clippings all over our front entryway. When I sent pictures of this I received no response. Our outdoor curtains were also damaged twice by their weed eater. Just a terrible company overall.

We are a sod company and this company never paid for their sod after installing it. He claimed there were issues with the sod but never reached out to us until 10 days after the sod was laid. We have tried to reach out muliple times to collect payment and see how we can help and there has been zero communication. We are now out $3100 and he or his company will not answer their phones. We have tried to help resolve this issue and Scott will not respectfully work with us. What a sad world this place is.

Scott and the team laid sod for me Feb, 14, 2020. What a great company, they were punctual and very professional. Scott took the time to explain what I needed to do to care and maintain the yard. Grass Envy has been out several times for check ups and maintenance. I cannot believe the change in my yard, neighbors and passersby stop and comment. This was the best investment I've made in home upkeep.

They came out last minute on a Sunday evening and worked until dark to get our backyard looking nice for our real estate pictures. Fair pricing. We will definitely use again and recommend to others!
