Tree services are all over the place when it comes down to communication, price, & expectations. Daniel spent more time informing me than selling his service when going over our needs... which included removing a very tall tree that fell on our house, (which was 3 stories tall with the basement). While prompt, when it came to removing the tree, Duncan's crew took their time, triple checked everything, and worked together like a swiss watch to flawlessly remove & lower the tree without damaging anything that wasn't already damaged. After they cleaned up & left, you could hardly tell they or the tree had been there. It was gratifying to use a service while not feeling I was getting a run-around as it's not often a tree service actually exceeds expectations.

Duncan’s Tree Service is, well, awesome. Daniel Duncan owns and runs a tree service company in Towne Lake/Woodstock. Daniel is a fair minded and ethical businessman. I had a tree fall on my house and the first quote I got from the insurance referral was $6000 and I found Daniel and he came and did the job for $1200 and did the job the same day!! He had all the right equipment to get the job done fast. If you need tree service in the Towne Lake Woodstock area, you need to call Daniel. Kevin

We had a great experience! Daniel came out quickly to give us a quote to remove a few large trees that needed to be taken down. The crew amazed us with their level of professionalism. We have had other tree removal companies removing trees for us, but they were a nightmare. Duncan's have the best price, best crew and best service for sure. We highly recommend them.

I just had a major tree job done--trees taken out, most trimmed, etc. I cannot say enough about Duncan's. They were here when they said they would be, responded to inquiries in a timely manner, had a very competitive price, and best of all did an AMAZING job. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Duncan’s Tree Service. We had a dozen or more trees and branches down after a huge storm, one tree in particular very large that ripped the root ball right out of the ground. Daniel was in the neighborhood on another job and took the time to give me an estimate and start work the same day, completing the job the next day. Hard-working, courteous crew did everything asked. Even moved a couple of large rocks for us and cut some firewood. Very pleased.
