I had a really good experience with Phoenix Tree Service,. Maurice was patient and thorough in his survey and recommendations.that made me confident to proceed. Being a risk manager, I'm an analytic by nature so his insights helped my process. He didn't arrive and just ask what needed cutting. We did a combo of trim and cuts that enhanced property aesthetic and safety. Due to winds on area I added a big pine tree to project and I appreciated their flexibility and fair pricing. Staff oversight and guidance was present. Any concern I raised was addressed immediately the price was more than fair for total job and disposal.. I do not feel bad about my experience at all. I am confident to become d Phoenix, Maurice to even the most discriminating customer.

Phoenix cut down a large tree in our yard that was threatening our power supply line. They also trimmed back some trees that were overhanging a powerline alone the road and hand trimmed an older, but still viable Japanese maple. They were pinpoint on time in arriving when they said they would (no small thing if you've had work done on your house), worked extremely efficiently, trimmed the trees very professionally and in ways that preserved their natural beauty, and cleaned up after themselves (no small thing either). The crew was very professional and easy to work with. When we asked them to handle a small, additional task they took it on for a reasonable up charge. I solicited multiple bids for this work and Phoenix was very competitive. All in all this was a great experience and I cannot recommend Phoenix for any sort of tree work highly enough.
