We hired King Green to service our property 6 yrs ago. 3 years ago we decided to have the yard soded. Since then our yard has declined tremendously. We have reached out to King Green on numerous occasions about this. We do not feel the yard has been properly maintained as we have paid them to do so with a guarantee. 3-year-old sod shouldn't look this way with the guarantee they offer!!!

We had some issues with weeds all throughout our yard. Felipe is always on time, calls when he arrives and treats the yard. He brought our fescue back to life. Our grass is beautiful! We get compliments on it all the time. Other lawn companies say fescue doesn’t survive in the south. But through king green and the right team. It is possible. Thank you Felipe for being so great!

I started King Green in August 2024. Since the start, they have applied incorrect products, charged me multiple instances and incorrect amounts. I agreed with the sales rep Mady to treat my lawn for $23 per service. That service has not been met. We are in October and somehow Mady and her manager are not able to situate the matter of the incorrect charges etc. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but it seems like I am on the back burner of priorities. This company (and unfortunately like many) are extremely incompetent. I will no longer be moving forward with their services.

I have been with the Kinggreen service for about 5 years and since then my lawn has had a lot of weeds although I requested retreat several times. Sometimes, I requested technicians came and rang the door bell so I could talk to them but never knew when they came. Sometimes, on the service day, I checked outside more often but I didn't see them. Today, at 11:44 they informed me they would do service at my house. I messaged back at 12:31 to ask when they would came. 12:45 they answered "this afternoon". 12:47 they messaged that they were on the way. 12:50 they messaged they put the invoice in my door. I expected they did the work before they wrote the invoice.13:40 I looked outside and I checked for a while and I didn't see anything then I emailed the company, they said that the technician did the service at 13:50pm and my card was charged at 14:01. I decided to cancel the service and they did it immediately while I haven't logged in to delete my autopayment with credit card info yet.

Just canceled at 15 year account because the service has been going downhill for years. When I reached out about my backyard looking horrible I was told they would notate it on my account to be fixed. Why would it have to be notated on my account? Isn't it already what I'm paying you for? Is it extra to tell you to include the backyard? After reading some reviews I realized it was an ongoing issue with multiple customers and decided to try a new company that another reviewer recommended. Within an hour of cancelling a representative from the new company already came and quoted me. That's the 15 year level service i expected, not new customer. It was also a better deal with more features.
