Very disappointed .... after relying upon Bartlett's for over 10 years , I discovered they do not honor their work . I asked for a health evaluation of two oaks and not only did not get an evaluation , but got a snarky . lecturing email from some middle manager saying both yes and no in the same sentence .... so sad to be treated this way after so many years of trusting this company ... inexcusable , really

Bartlett Tree Experts completed a massive amount of tree trimming on 15 species of trees around our home, a two-day project. They expertly climbed very tall pines and oaks and trimmed targeted limbs without damaging the underlying plants. Their crews were polite and accommodating. We are exceedingly pleased with the beautiful new results and with Bartlett's representative, Matt Carpenter, with whom we consulted initially for this job. Matt was highly knowledgeable of all our tree species and offered valuable advice.

The best tree service I’ve ever used. I always feel confident when they’re doing our tree work and they do a great cleanup when finished. I’ve spent 40 years in residential construction and Bartlett is the best I’ve ever worked with .
