AMAZING!! Our neighbor’s tree overshadowed our driveway (so with their permission) we had our side removed. We had a tree from our backyard snap and lean on our house, Russell came by to assess the tree within an hour of contacting him on a Sunday. He had the crane and his team lined up to come out the following morning. Russell and his team were incredibly polite and friendly. That night there was a terrible storm and I just kept thinking how great it was that they came out so soon, who knows what would have happened otherwise! If the tree rolled off our house it could have caused significant damage to our neighbors house. Russell also communicated with my insurance and has made everything so easy!
