We hired this company to take down several trees in our yard. They were prompt in coming each day. They did the job in a timely manner. The clean up was excellent. They go the extra mile to be sure your yard is cleaned of debris. They are fair in their pricing. Great people. As you can see I am giving this review because we are totally pleased and will hire them again if we need any more work done. Our neighbor was pleased looking at our job and hired them too. Love this group❤️ This was the second time we have used Branching Out Tree Service. We had 2 trees & 2 huge tree shrubs removed. We had the stumps ground down as well. Quick response time from initial call to actual work. Highly recommend them❤️

M&M started out great in my opinion, but quickly turned into a bad choice. I originally hired them to remove a large tree that had fallen onto my home. The company that my insurance sent out was not prepared to handle the job and the owner happened to come by at the right time. He seemed friendly, professional and willing to help so I agreed to let them do the work. He had his crew come by immediately to remove the tree and placed a tarp up before the rain fell that day. I felt that they saved me from more damage to my home and would have given at least 4 stars that day. Mark offered his services to repair the damage to my home. I initially questioned his ability to handle the job because all I knew about was the tree services his company provided. He assured me that he could handle the work because he offered "total" service and he would work with me based on what my insurance estimate was. I should have seen the red flags, but because I have never dealt with this type of situation, I was not aware of what was happening. Long story short, dealing with Mark has been a nightmare. I feel that I was targeted because I am a young, single woman and a homeowner. He saw the dollar signs and became greedy. He never gave me a contract and refuses to prove his costs of labor and materials. He hired on subcontractors who did a sub par, patch up job on my home and now I have to spend more money to fix what they tried to do. He has blatantly inflated the costs in order to pocket the insurance money. It's insulting the way he tries to use the insurance company as his personal ATM. Save yourself the trouble, hiring M&M for remodeling or home repairs is a HUGE mistake. You would come out better hiring a contractor directly and lose the shady middle man. Two words to describe this company would be dishonest and unprofessional. I completely agree with the other bad reviews here and I should have checked before.

I have use the service several times, they are very professional, and are always on time, I would recommend them to anybody I live two hours from them and whenever I have called they have come, and they get the job done In a timely manner and very professional they go above and beyond and always clean up behind themselves. M&M TOTAL TREE SERVICES came out and did an outstanding job. They were very reasonable and professional, all while leaving my yard in impeccable condition when they left. I would highly recommend using them for further tree services needed.
