Tri-State Stump Grinding

I had several (20+) trees taken down and called Tri State to remove the stumps. Mr. Robbie showed up on time and ready to go. We discussed the cost and he was ready to tackle the project that would take a couple of hours. I explained that “locals” had utilized the property as a dumping ground prior to my purchasing the home, so he had to be careful when grinding some of the stumps. Mr. Robbie was off and rolling, needless to say he immediately ran into trouble in the “dumping ground” area. His, expensive remote controlled, equipment came to a grinding halt. He was forced to abandon the project until I can get a bobcat in here to dig up the junk in and around the stumps. Mr. Robbie did not charge me for the stumps he was able to grind nor the equipment that now needed to be repaired. I am thankful for his professionalism given the circumstances. Thank you Mr. Robbie, I will definitely be calling when I have completed the new project of getting a bobcat at my residence. Blessings to you and your family!!

I needed Tri-State to come out on a specific date first thing in the morning. He arrived early, which I really appreciated, and did a great job grinding the stumps and cleaning up the mess left by the grinding machine. I would definitely recommend this company.
