We had a vey old maple that leaned toward our house for the forty+ years we lived there. It started to drop limbs recently and so we decided to have it removed. Northside Tree Professional gave us a competitive estimate we selected because of the professional way they presented their company. They came out at the schedule time and completed the job in about three hours. The crew was friendly and explained the process. They left the site with the yard cleaned up completely. The following day, the roots and stump was removed and the area smoothed over.

Called a competitor tree company that I used before. Quote was way high. Called Northside after a google search. Read the Google reviews and was skeptical because of the 4.9 rating with over a thousand reviews. Thought it seemed fishy. I was wrong. 100% would recommend. Showed up on time, quote guy took his time and took plenty of marked pictures for the crew. Once I approved the quote they called the next day to set up the work. Showed up on time with a crew of 4. Met with Brandon the day of. They did all the quoted work and then some. Made sure I was happy with it before coming out of each tree. Cleaned up really well. Northside was 1K less than competitor quote. Customer service was exceptional. Will definitely use again.

Excellent job by Luis and Northside. I had multiple large stumps removed very quickly and efficiently. He made sure to protect my windows and air-conditioning units and then used the blower afterwards to clean up. I left messages with a few other companies and Northside was not only the first to get back to me, they were the only ones to get back to me, other than the Automated Google replies.
