This company was contracted to remove tree branches from power lines by my power company. I did not hire them. They did not give any sort of notice they’d be on my property. They damaged my driveway with their vehicles, tossed items around my property, and blocked barn doors with branches. They also left the branches overnight. I was told a supervisor would contact me, which hasn’t happened. Do not use this company for anything, if you have any sort of a choice.

These individuals trespassed on my property sat in my driveway all day and tore it up from their machines and then made our side yard look like a child was playing in a sandbox. Then they had the audacity to steal our cones and not bring them back as promised by the supposed supervisor. They do a terrible job and never ever clean up after themselves. For some reason the electric company keeps "hiring" them to make this mess. Nothing on my property was anywhere near the lines but they bulldozed everything in their path all the way to the forest. Looks terrible! Don't ever pay these people to do anything very careless and they come even when you tell them not to ever be on your property again. They better return our cones! The supposed supervisor contacted me once then has not returned a call since. We need our cones back and are about to sue your company for stealing as well as trespassing and destroying property so I suggest he call back asap. We are in Johnson City TN. They know who I am.

Horrible company with dangerous, thoughtless, employees. Pathetic that they espouse "safety -quality-professionalism" on their website. Trashed my yard--trashed my neighbors yard-they think that they are entitled to trespass with 8-ton trucks on private property because they are contracted by the utility company. Absolutely butchered my neighbors trees. Left all the cuttings on my yard-damaged ornamental shrubs-absolute indifferent hacks. Left debris in my driveway-left personal garbage in front of my house. Complete disregard for property of others. Working on a 45MPH double yellow with no traffic control forcing people over the double yellow. This company needs to be reported to the state. Bellow is just a small sampling of the debris left on my property...as an added treat you are unable to communicate with the employees because no one spoke a word of english--

This company was SENT to my house to do branch trimming service around the power lines. I did not hire this company and I don’t recommend anybody too!! They did a careless job trimming around the wires, instead they gutted my trees of branches and really showed their levels of carelessness and disrespect when they let all the branches fall and destroy my chained fence. Also they left limbs they have cut off in other trees in the yard and did not care to get them out. When they left the FIRST day when I got home I had to call them and tell them to send another crew out because my yard was a mess along with my broken fence they caused. They did send another crew out the next day to clean up and but they did not do a good job either; still leaving limbs in the other trees, I have huge limbs scattered in my yard still, I have had a big orange construction sign in my yard for a month and my fence is still broken. I have been in contact with Mr. Burkes but he will not communicate effectively with me. I spoke with him 5/16 and he refused to believe they broke my fence and is telling me he does not know when he can get back out here to look at my fence. I called him today 5/31 after not hearing ANYTHING from Kendall or Mr. Burkes since our last conversation on 5/16, this leaves me to assume they do not care about destroying mine or anyone else’s property and definitely do not care about getting it fixed. Mr. Burkes still continued to tell me he did not know when he can get out here to look at my fence and he was five hours away and he still believes they did not destroy my fence. This company is very unprofessional and does not know how to communicate at all. They are very careless and sloppy with their work and obviously do not care about destroying your property.

This company was contracted by our utility provider to clear the electric lines. Although they had a mulcher truck with them, we never saw them use it. They left limbs and debris in our driveway, limbs all along our road, (some we had to move out of the way in order to drive past as they were IN the road) and completely trashed neighbors properties. My husband spent 6 hours cleaning up after them so he could mow along our property line. Absolutely disgraceful. Would NEVER hire this company and will be contacting our power company to let them know what a terrible job they paid for.

I did NOT hire this company. The power company sent these people out to trim trees around the power lines. These people messed my yard up with their vehicles, moved stuff that they had NO BUSINESS moving, and took our American flag off one of the bushes and threw it down on a pile of limbs they had cut!! 😡 They don't deserve the one star I rated them!! They deserve ZERO stars!
