I used Kats to remove a tree branch that was touching my roof and was extremely pleased with their professionalism, friendliness, and speed. Upon completion, Andrew showed me that the tree was actually bug infested and rotting and needed to be removed. This was a VERY large River Birch in a potentially dangerous location. He gave me a fair price and came out quickly with his amazing crew, safely took down the (actually 4) trees, and completely cleaned up all of the debris. The employees at Kats are amazing to work with and I would highly recommend this company for any tree work.

KATS Tree Experts did an outstanding job of taking out three large trees close to my house and trimming many other trees around my property. They provided me an easy to understand quote with up to date insurance information and worked with us to schedule a time to do the work. His team arrived on time and was very organized. They took care not to damage my yard or the neighbors and cleaned up everything before they left. Andrew was onsite to oversee and make sure everything was done to our agreement. I highly recommend his team for your tree service needs.

Update on Kats Tree Experts LLC 10/31/2023 DO NOT USE Kats Tree Experts On Saturday, October 28th, I posted an honest review of Kats Tree Experts on Google. I mentioned that the company had not picked up the logs from a tree removal job, even though they had promised to do so. That afternoon received two calls from Andrew and Tiffany from Kats Tree Experts. Andrew was begging me to take down the review, promising that the logs would be picked up by Monday, October 30th. He gave me the phone number of the person who would be coming to pick up the logs. I called the log guy, who said that Andrew had not paid him in three months. That Sunday, I received threatening texts from Andrew, saying that I had better take down the bad Google review. It appears that Kats Tree Experts LLC is not a reputable company. They have been known to not pay their subcontractors, and they have threatened me when posted negative reviews about them. 10/28/2023 DO NOT use Kats Tree Experts. They are targeting older people and never finishing the job. These logs have been here for over a month and they refuse to pick them up. They were paid in Full.

Paid for a load of services last fall including inspection and checking trees after seeing a couple had root rot that meant it could spread. I was assured the rest were healthy and wouldn't need additional work for years. 1 very large one fell over only 6 to 9 months from when Kats was here.

I never leave Google review but for Kats Tree, YES! If you’re looking for a tree expert, don’t look further! I hired Kats Tree to remove 15+ pine trees in my backyard including stump removal, and they completed the job in such professional and timely manner. I got so many compliments from all my neighbors nearby about how quick and clean work Kats Tree did. I believe it’s because Kats Tree’s has such a great team! On top of that, Andrew, the owner is a great businessman and very nice to work with. He always tries to take care of customer’s need and provide very competitive price. Don’t waste your time to look for other tree companies. Just call Andrew, and he will take care of it!

Andrew, Nick and the crew removed two large trees and trimmed 4 more. The crew worked very well together to get the work done on time while showing great skill at cutting and removing large limbs. They did an excellent job at clean up after the job. I would highly recommend Kats Tree Experts. The price is competitive and their quality and workmanship is second to none.
