Amazing people to work with! They came out in a timely manner and handled our tree with the best precaution! We had power lines in the way and a car structure and Jonerik and Jessica made a great team and managed to get them down without any damage! We will definitely be using them again in the future!

On 1.4.26 our Indoor/Outdoor cat had been missing for 24 hours. With all of the Coyote activity near us we feared the worst. Early that Sunday afternoon while we were outside continuing to look for the cat we heard a faint "Meow" and intensified our search at ground level. After an hour of looking and continuing to hear a cat I happened to look up and saw our cat ~65 feet up in a tree in my neighbors yard. We found Jon Harkins (owner of ArbSmart) and called him. Even though it was a Sunday afternoon he showed up at our home less than 45 minutes later, assessed the situation grabbed his climbing gear and was up the tree in a flash. Less than 10 minutes later he was back on the ground with our cat without injury or issue. I can't say enough about Jon's professionalism and understanding when a family pet has found itself in this situation! I recommend him highly!
