What a fantastic company to work with. Quote request was responded to very fast, after a couple photos and description of what was needed to be done, I got a price that was what I thought fair. A date was scheduled and they showed up at the scheduled time. Did what was contracted and helped me with a side project as well. Very nice and professional. Don't call around. This company is the real deal. Very pleased. Neighbors cat will no doubt be unhappy his hiding spots are gone.

Jon-Erik and Jessica were true HEROES today rescuing a cat that was stuck 40+ Feet high in a tree, helpless for half a day. We are deeply grateful for their swift response and professionalism. This could have been a very bad outcome but ArbSmart Total Tree Care saved the day. This took place in Roswell in Martins Landing Community. Amazing cat rescue!!! We are so grateful to this team. Our cat got stuck in a tree last night and we called the Fire Dept and so many places and found out that's not a thing and apparently they can't help rescue a cat? What about the movies? When we reached Jon-Eric via his website he answered right away and offered to come out that evening, but suggested our cat might get down on her own. He was so kind and reassuring! But she kept climbing higher and clearly couldn't get down. After a stressful night we decided to ask them to help first thing in the morning - and wondered how he could possibly manage to get her! When he and his wife arrived they said "oh that's not that high" and managed to confidently reach the cat (who climbed away from him of course) and bring her safely home! Our whole family is so grateful and now our cat is home and healthy and safe. We could not recommend them more. Also we reached out to a few other companies who were not as kind and helpful and I feel really confident in saying we made the best choice. I would trust them for tree trimming after witnessing their kindness and professionalism. They came so quickly, it took about an hour and we live near Shallowford and Sandy Plains in East Cobb.

I had an amazing experience with this cat rescue service. My cat climbed about 30 meters up a tree late at night , and I was extremely worried. They came out to my house in cobb county, were very professional, and very nice people. They actually climbed the tree and safely brought my cat down without any issues. The whole time they were calm, kind, and very understanding. You can tell they truly care about their job and about helping people in stressful situations. I’m beyond grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone who ever finds themselves in a similar situation. Thank you so much for saving my cat!
