I had Turf lawn service for approximately 5 years. My lawn look great! But, the techs that they hire do not follow instructions. I had my wood gate damage at least 6 times I had to pay $50 Everytime this was done. The co would give a free service due to this person incompetence. I am sure they were just as frustrated as I was. So, I paid an additional cost to have my latch put on the other side of the gate Last year I paid over $600 for new shrubs along side of my home as a boarder The tech sprayed my shrubs and 3 days later the leaves started to fall off . this past 2 months 3- 4 are showing several damage The shrubs were healthy as good be After he sprayed them, I sent a video That was observed by Ruth. I don’t understand why you would spray in a plant bed.She gave me 2 months of free service . I was grateful that. But, only received 1. As I watch my plants slowly die, I was trying my best to stop them from dying. Watering was never the issue. It was their weed killer and etc. May 12,2025 The same tech came back to service my yard after I was told he no longer work for the Co. Ruth, stated she put in my profile that he was not to touch my plants. She at first stated since there was so many issues on my property to perhaps get another co. That I was not a happy customer, like all this was my fault I called today to inquire why 2 gallons of liquid was poured directly on my shrubs/ Plants. She claim that the regional mgt said a hose had a leak in it and chemicals got on my driveway, then later changed it to paver stones on the side of my house Exactly where my shrubs/ plants were. I questioned her and ask her did she see the video I sent to her Mobile device. She at first claim it was to small to see So I took large screenshots, because I knew it was a smoke screen They wanted me to go away She said the mgt was going to call me back, he saw it clearly , but claim he knew little about what was going on But, had an excuse for his co and tried to turn the problem on me 2 hours later I called back and spoke to a kind gentleman that was in sales He was kind enough to contact Gerette who was the Manager of some sort. He was Ruth Boss He tried to blow over the entire situation Bottom line our conversation did go well He made it seem like it was me and Never address the incompetence tech Who was ask not to go over on that side in the first place. I spent a lot of money 💴 on My property and love a beautiful yard Gerette refuses to replace my shrubs * have been loyal to this Co and referred 10 customers He tried to say I was the only customer that ever complained about them. Hard to believe. I found several negative reviews on this Co And now this is mine. He stated that he doesn’t deal with complaints like this too well, Well Me Gervette this is your Job. To be a problem solver and accommodate your customers I want to be compensated for my dying shrubs and He states it wasn’t going to happen! I plan to pursue this matter The audacity, of The mgt that refuse to replace my shrubs I was told by a couple of lawn Professionals that the plants had a chemical burn on them Please don’t deal with this kind of unethical practice

I love Nature's Turf. I have never had an issue with this service or ever had to call them back out to repeat service. I have also recommended several family members to use Nature's Turf service and I can say everyone that sign-up is still using the service today. I also love because they always show up on time to treat my yard. Nature's Turf service has allowed me to scale back how much I need to cut the grass because the grass if free of weeds and grow stronger and healthier every year.

They are always prompt in handling any questions or requests that I may have. They are consistent with their service which was an issue with other providers.
