My overall experience was horrible. I’ve never heard of someone being nine days late on rent and having an eviction filed the same week. I’ve also never heard of a landlord not giving a tenant any grace. I understand there’s a policy, but if you truly care about your tenants, you listen to them—especially when they’re being very communicative. I wasn’t ignoring you or refusing to pay; I told you I would be $285 short(late fee). Yet, you already filed and added fees to my rent before anything!! Let’s not get started on harassment. I hope no one else has to go through TrueSouth, especially with Angie—she was horrible. Kandy, on the other hand, was amazing and really tried to help me, which I truly appreciate. Need more people like you my girl. REMIND YOU NO COURT DATE WAS ISSUED FOR ME AND SHE PUT THE PADLOCK ON 07 28 WHEN YOU SAID 07 29(without court date)!!!

I must say that my experience with this company was great. Kandy was so helpful at finding me a place and getting me information fast. I was searching and searching for a home with me just moving to Hinesville and I really thought I wasn’t going to find anything and I came across this company and they had homes available for good prices and they were so helpful and getting me information and being open to allowing me to see homes even late in the day. Kandy would message me checking on me to see if I saw anything I like and was patient with me. If you are looking for a home and property managers that care then this company would be a great fit. Now me and my infant twins have a place we can call home.
