This hotel has one of the worst staff in the industry. They are family members of the owner and they don’t really care much. The hotel is very clean and tidy but you can’t get any further assistance once you check in. I asked for electric iron to use on three different occasions and I didn’t get it once. It was one excuse after another and they won’t even call you to give you a feedback. I won’t use that hotel again because it was disrespectful and demeaning to treat a customer or guest like that.
