I only used Stars and Stripes a few times and unfortunately those experiences fell short of what I'd expect from a professional lawn service. My main takeaway is that this company is best suited for straightforward lawn mowing only. If you have mulch beds, flower beds, or bushes that need attention, I'd look elsewhere. The quality of work didn't consistently meet a professional standard and when specific requests weren't fulfilled or something was missed, there was always an explanation that came across more as an excuse than accountability. Something always seemed to justify why the job wasn't done as asked the first time. Even debris blowing wasn't done with much precision and when I pointed it out, the same pattern followed. To their credit, the team is polite and communicative. However, when the communication is used to explain away things you clearly asked for, it starts to feel more like gaslighting than customer service. If you just need your grass cut with no additional property considerations, they may work fine for you.
