Excellent transaction! Found them on the web. Called for an estimate and they came out next day. Met with Bob and we discussed my needs and he provided his advice and we settled on a more than reasonable price. He educated me on the various trees we have and we talked about future care. He scheduled the job next day. Adam and his crew showed up with ample equipment and 5 resources. Adam climbed the trees and trimmed while crew assisted. It was very efficient. I was impressed. The cleaned everything and completed the job. I will definitely use them again and strongly recommend them to others. see before and after pics

I needed two very large partially dead and diseased trees removed as well as one small and one very large healthy tree. My biggest challenge was I have a very ornamental backyard landscape as well as a wooden privacy fence. I needed a tree company that could come in and remove these 4 trees without anyone ever knowing they were there. After calling many competing tree companies and getting all kinds of crazy bids, proposals, ideas, distractions, and run-arounds, it was a breath of fresh air speaking to Brynn. She seemed competent, organized, and professional. We scheduled a day and time for me to meet with the owner, Bob, to get an estimate. His estimate came in at a very reasonable price, and he assured me there would be no damage to my fence or surrounding landscape. Bob and Brynn were right! The crew showed up on time. They were neat, clean, and professional. They removed all 4 trees with no damage to my fence, property, or the many surrounding ornamental trees and bushes. They even raked and blew off my yard and driveway. You literally never even knew they were there except now there were 4 less trees in my backyard! I would highly recommend Brynn & Bob at Payless Tree Service! :-)

I had a huge project clearing my second lot next to the. house and Payless showed up on time and made quick work of 22 trees! Adam (tree climber) was amazing. His work was precise and efficient and he was awesome! The guys that worked on clearing the property kept it neat and tidy all the time and it was a pleasure to watch them work! The guy running the bobcat was magical seriously...anyone who has ever watched someone run a bobcat its not an easy thing and he made it look like the machine was a part of him. Super nice guys! So appreciative of their work and the time they took to get things just right for us! HIGHLY recommend them for any tree work you need. Thanks Payless!

We've used them twice and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tree removal. They're on time, the crew is skilled and they work efficiently to safely get the trees down and out. In our case the trees were leaning way over both our left and right neighbors fences. They got them all down with deft precison and without dropping a single limb or leaf on either neighbor's yard. It was flat out impressive. They then carted everything away and cleaned up using a blower. They even laid plywood boards all the way from the street to our backyard so the bobcat machine they used to help carry the big stuff wouldn't tear up the yard. When they finished the yard looked just like it did before but now with several big trees just completely gone. All that's left is some short clean cut stumps. Btw, here's the coolest detail from their latest visit. One of the guys was cleaning up the front yard and curb with the blower. But he stopped halfway when he got to our mailbox. Knelt down and carefully plucked a little popsicle stick our daughter had decorated and stuck in the ground under the mailbox. He finished blowing off the curb and carefully put the little popsicle stick back in place. And he didn't know we saw because we were watching all the action from the front door camera. Anyway, it's this attention to detail and their genuine respect for our property that really sets them apart from the other guys. The stump grinding was done two days later by a guy with a large scary machine that looks like it could eat battle bots for breakfast. (Seriously this thing is terrifying. I'm all for using technology to improve our lives and advance our species but we CANNOT let this type of machine get smart. If it ever decided it didn't like us then...well... I just don't know where you could hide from this thing! Maybe in a steel vault. Inside a mountain. Under the ocean. Maybe then.) ;)
