This company is incredibly unprofessional and I not recommend that anyone gets any services completed by them. We had a lawn service appointment for yesterday; the appointment was open, so they were expected to come anytime throughout the day. By 6pm (it’s dark out) we decide to call and check in. We’re met with a “we weren’t able to get them out today” so why exactly wouldn’t we receive some sort of call or update if that was the case? Why wouldn’t your reschedule us or make us aware in some capacity? So they told us they’d come out the very next morning @7am. At 8:30, we call because no one showed up. The person answered the phone she’s yelling “HELLO?! HELLO?!” As if we’re calling a personal lawn line And hung up. We called back to no answer. The service is absolutely horrid and they should be ashamed. They are no longer welcome to service our yard and we will be reporting them to the company they are contracted through. Awful. This will be shared on every platform available as well.
