Topline did a great job overhauling our entire property after we had a sinkhole filled and a large screened patio addition. Our backyard was completely empty, just dirt and pine straw, and our front yard had overgrown old plantings and a lawn that was destroyed during all the construction. Griffin did a great job listening to what I like and dislike and coming up with design plan. He was receptive to changes I wanted to the original plan and made great suggestions until we agreed on exactly what we wanted. Zack and his crew worked so hard in less than ideal weather conditions to execute the plan including fixing drainage issues and installing irrigation, lighting, a path to my backyard, a complete package of new shrubs, and a beautiful new sod lawn. Zack and Griffin have both been so responsive and respectful to any and all questions I've had. We couldn't be happier with the result! Everything went so well we've decided to continue to work with Topline for continued maintenance of our lawn and plantings. I'm confident they'll do a great job!

Top Line Landscaping did a really nice job with removing an overgrown area on our property and replacing it with river and egg rock, some sod and new plants. They arrived on time and did our job in the time window promised. Zach was good about keeping in touch leading up to the work. The stone work came out beautifully! The only issue that came up was that the monkey grass plugs were planted prior to the stone arrival and they had to be transplanted (moved) a few times to adjust for the design, which weakened some of the plants. Overall, we were very pleased with their work.

Highly recommend Topline. QUALITY WORK! Hand cut cobblestone on front and back patio, new cobblestone patio off the back porch, cobblestone border around the house with rock bed. So impressed with their work we have them coming back to do some landscaping (grading/sod installation) in the coming weeks. Griffin and his group are great to deal with. Great comms, customer service. Again…highly recommend!!

Excellent work. We love it and will call them for any other landscaping needs we may have. They were on time, clean and on top of everything and responsive to our needs. They had many erosion and drainage issues to deal with and we are very pleased. We highly recommend them.

Zack and his crew at Topline did an awesome job on my retaining walls Very challenging conditions but guys managed to get the job completed on time and in budget They also planted tress and bushes for me and everything looks great ! Highly recommend Topline for your landscaping needs
