We are so very pleased with Larry and his crew for the work he completed for us in April. His crew worked continuously until all jobs were completed in one days time. He gave us a beautiful assortment of trees and shrubs as well as fixed a drain system we had put in earlier. We certainly attend to use him again !!

These guys did the landscaping on our new home while we were under contract on it. I'm hard pressed to find anything that was done correctly. With all the topsoil removed for construction, they made no attempt to amend the super-compacted clay in the areas where they planted. They dug holes just wide enough to squeeze the plants down in, and the rootballs on about half of the plants were literally sticking halfway out of the ground. We decided to replace them ourselves a few months later with our own selections since they were poor looking to begin with and nearly all of them were already dying, and when I was removing them, I was able to literally just pick several of them up out of their holes, no digging needed. They also planted a holly tree that would obviously get large only about 3-4 feet from the house. Several of our neighbors said they had the same experience. They did a good enough job installing the irrigation lines, but when I called asking if they could come out and mark where the sprinkler lines were so we could do some landscaping, they said it was $75 to come out and mark them. It was clear to me that they just wanted to come in and get out of there as quickly as possible. If you want someone who will take the time to make your landscaping look good and last, stay away from these guys.

If you want someone who will take the time to make your landscaping look good and last, stay away from these guys. I have met with them this morning 09/01/2015 and they were contracted by Bill Beazley Homes. My yard is so uneven, plants half planted and had to fix most of the sprinklers myself. To cut this mess you need ankle braces so not to hurt yourself while trying to mow. These guys took a bobcat took blade pulled back and laid sod, a good landscaper would have root raked, brought in sand to level and then lay sod. I have rocks, coke bottles and brick in my flower beds. Stay away from them and Bill Beazley Homes.

Concur with Ryan Kennedy's post in its entirety. Worse is that the backyard is flooding due to poor drainage, and while my builder has requisitioned Grateful Designs to rectify it with the installation of a French Drain, I cannot get a hold of anyone within Grateful Designs to address when they intend to do the work. Poor craftsmanship, little pride in work, poor customer service, no customer loyalty. A bad mix for sure. Buyer beware.

I have worked on and off with Greatful Designs for years. They have always had fair pricing and given me suggestions to improve the project I was working on. I just had the owner out to a new project I am working on and he was very helpful in showing me issues with my plan and ways to improve what I was working on. I look forward to working with Greatful Designs in the future.
