I had an incredible experience with Classic City Arborists. They were impressively communicative from the start—calling me the very first business day after I submitted the form on their website. Someone came out to quote the job the very next day, and they even followed up to make sure I didn’t have any questions. Their scheduling communication was top-notch—possibly the best I’ve experienced. They kept me in the loop every step of the way, and when the big day came, their crew arrived on time and got the entire tree removed way faster than I expected. Not only that, they left the area spotless and even blew off the driveway! Their pricing was extremely reasonable, and the level of professionalism was unmatched. Today was our 4th time having Scott and crew remove trees. This year it was a 40+ foot dead pine near our home and 3 other trees near our neighbors property. He also pruned a large River Birch limb that hung over our house, saving the tree and our roof. I highly recommend Classic City Arborists. Thank you Scott, for another great job!

Jake and the crew arrived on time and were very professional in making certain what I expected and how they would go about it. They did a crown clearing on my amazing red oak and removed a "BIG" pine. I do most of my own tree work but sometimes you need to "know your limitations" and get the Pros to do their thing. Very satisfied with the job and the cost.

I hired Classic City Arborists to remove 3 oak trees and they did a fantastic job. They gave me an estimate in a timely manner and once the work was scheduled, they showed up on time and quickly got to work. They brought the right equipment for the job. They removed the trees with minimal impact to my yard and protected my precious Japanese Maples. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommended!
