Wonderful experience working with Kipps Kustom Landscaping. Kipps did a driveway and walkway project for us along with some new plant beds around the deck. From the initial meeting through to the conclusion of the project, I couldn't be happier with their service. My idea for the project was specific enough to give them a direction but their expertise and experience took it to another level. The final outcome is an amazing upgrade to our property. Their design team thinks through every curve/corner and material used. We will definitely contact them again in the Fall to add plants/shrubs to our property.

Kipps Kustom Landscapes is amazing! They are very customer service oriented! I have 4 vacation rental properties where they do not just provide maintenance, they provide a customer experience like no other landscape company! They monitor my reservation calendar for each property and try to synchronize their maintenance on the mornings of guest check-in. This enhances the customer experience I provide my guests by having a freshly maintained property at their check-in. If we do have guests occupying the property, then they will knock on the door and politely ask permission to perform the maintenance and return later if it is not convenient for my guests. When there is a storm or anything that requires additional attention, they immediately address the issue. This is so important in the vacation rental industry if you want to provide the best customer experience. They do all this with the best staff and reasonable price. If you own a vacation rental property and are not performing landscape maintenance on a frequent basis, then you should contact Hunter at Kipps Kustom Landscapes. Kipps Kustom Landscaping is the best. They responded to my call right away and worked me into their schedule quickly. When the crew arrived on the job, the foreman communicated clearly, asked questions, and the crew accomplished the work quickly. The yard looked great when they finished!
