Guys did a fabulous job today cleaning out gutters on our 2 story house and detached garage. They were prompt and left our yard spotless. Price was also very reasonable. Will definitely use again for future jobs.

Our new home builder sub-contracted the sod, irrigation install, and lawn grading to Ryan and his company in late 2023. Our issues began in January 2024 when we first moved in, notcing a horrid septic smell after only 4 days in the home. Ryan's team had clipped our septic line while trenching to install our irrigation system. I brought it up to Ryan and he instantly blamed us "you must have used the system and there was water left in it so it leaked out"..in 40 degree cold January weather? I think not. we didnt even know how to use the panel (Ryan was supposed to come by and show us but that never happened). Terrible quality of sod installed. Half of it was dead upon install (you can see brown/yellow spots in Ryans "prideful" fb post). The green sod was full of crabgrass. We spent hundreds on chemicals and companies to come out and control the crabgrass, but nothing worked- we spent 48 hours cleaning it manually. Some of our sprinklers were buried underneath the sod, we had to go on a treasure hunt to find them. The worst part is the horrendous grading. The entire lawn looks like it has eczema, very uneven. His team was supposed to purposefully grade so the rain water drains away from the house, yet after only 20 minutes of rain it floods our porch. Ive refrained from posting but people need to know. This is the poorest workmanship Ive ever seen.

If anyone needs some landscaping done, don't hesitate on contacting B & B Landscaping. Ryan Brooks is quick to respond, he's an awesome Chrisitian young man that is courteous an he excels in his communication skills. We have built a great friendship. We will continue to reach out to Ryan an his team, we have added additional flower beds with new sod an rock borders, I wanted new concrete walkways, lighting along with additional water features with some rock to slow drainage from our gutters. Not to mention French drains. He has accommodated all the issues that I have wanted handled, My husband an I highly recommends this group..He receives a 5 star rating from us!!!!!

Ryan at B&B installed about 7,000 ft2 of zosia sod for me. The crew did a great job getting the final grade, and installing in a day. Very professional, has the right equipment, on time, fair and complete bid. Crew knew their stuff, in uniform, very considerate. Big recommend!! Update - had Ryan back to install another 3000 ft2 section of yard I re-graded almost exactly a year later. Last year's Install looks good with bare spots only where heavy winter water runoff did me no favors. I cored and top dressed that section this sprung and here in early June things are really starting to stitch in. I learned from this, and too dressed the new sod Ryan installed this spring about 8 weeks after install. This has already made this year's sod do far better. I highly advise doing this to get the seams stitched together before the grass goes dormant for winter.
