I use this company to manage the landscaping for several of the communities that I manage and they are Awesome! I am truly picky about who we work with. We want companies that are not only efficient but understand that HOA's are not made of money and are willing to do the work to make sure the community looks great. Every time we have called the team at Willowcreek to get something repaired, cleaned up, or managed they took care of it in a timely manner. They are also respectful and wonderful to work with. Definite recommend.
Willow Creek was recommended to me by the company that removed my trees. They did exceptional work! The home I bought had a lot of overgrown landscaping and weeds. I needed a lot of sod where the trees were removed. I also had river rock and weed barrier fabric placed. I priced out buying the product myself and got another landscape estimate. They were the best price overall. They’ve given me a clean slate to build upon. I highly recommend Willow Creek and will absolutely hire them again!
Willow Creek Landscaping is hands down the best choice for Evans landscaping! From the very first call, their team was friendly, professional, and really understood what my yard needed. They showed up on time, worked hard in the Georgia heat, and completely transformed my lawn and flower beds. It’s rare to find a landscaping company in Evans that delivers this level of quality and attention to detail. If you’re looking for reliable, local experts who truly care about making your outdoor space beautiful, Willow Creek Landscaping is the way to go!
WARNING!!!DON'T HIRE THIS OUTFIT!!!Company was recommended by a friend. Foreman came and speced out the job, gave me estimate for fall cleanup of yard and driveway, and pruning of some camellia, gardenia, boxwood, holly and azalea bushes around the house and fronting the street. Quoted me $480. I thought it was somewhat high but said okay. (Strangely enough, while we were discussing the job, he actually said to me it was hard to find good help!) Job was scheduled for next day between 9 and 930 am. When they didn't show or call by 1045, I texted the foreman. He said they were "on the way". At about 1115 I heard some activity at the top of the driveway. Went to look and three young guys were hedge trimming one of the big Hollys facing the street. I asked who was in charge, put him in the golf cart and showed him everything I wanted done, as discussed the day prior with the "foreman". Around 1230 I see the three guys have come down from the top of the driveway and are standing in front of the house. I tell them I've got a 12 foot stepladder they can use to help them trim my two 18 foot tall camellias. I go to my shed and lug it back to them. Then the guy who was "in charge" says to me "Sir, there's a discrepancy with the company and we are leaving the job." Off they go. I then get in the golf cart with my wife and go up to the top of the driveway to see what they had actually done. (They did nothing in the yard after trimming the bushes on the street.) When we get up the driveway there's another guy there from the company. He tells me the other guys quit, he's a "friend" of the owner, and he's there to finish the job with the "foreman", who's on the way over. We said no thanks, I'd seen enough. Foreman shows up with another worker, tells me the other workers were fired, and they literally begged me to let them finish the job. Against my better judgment, I said okay, but I wanted a price cut. They then called the owner, and I related that to him. He agreed to cut $30 off the price. Now, I'm thinking they are really going to do a great job to redeem my opinion of the company, right? WRONG! They spent about another 90 minutes at the property trimming about half the bushes and blowing about half of the leaves. Then they just left, without talking to me. I expected after the "walk off the job" debacle that someone would at least knock on the door and say, "We're done, do you want to take a look?" Nope. They just vanished. So I went out and looked at their work. It was indescribably poor quality. I took 36 pictures of their handiwork within 30 minutes of their departure. Next morning, I get an email invoice for the $494, (the $480 plus a 3% "processing fee"). So I emailed the owner back, listing the numerous discrepancies and telling him I have the pictures to prove it. I offer him $240 for the half-done job. The Owner then tells me if I don't pay the invoice by 2PM, he'll be at my house "...with Columbia County, to have me arrested for theft of services." I told him I looked forward to seeing him, but, he never showed up. I was very disappointed. Anyway, I sent him a check for $240. Whatever you do, Don't let Willow Creek Outdoor Management on your property. You'll be glad you didn't.
Willow Creek did an amazing job with a large retaining wall on our property. Andrew was there every step of the way to ensure the project was done well with a perfect mix of function, aesthetics and value. I highly recommend!
Long rant........ After paying a "pretty penny" for 10 pallets of sod plus the organic topsoil that was so "highly recommended" by Andrew (Owner) and installation, we are left with gaps between rows, humps in the yard (that were not there prior to sod installation), and unanswered assurance of a smooth, flat lawn. We have found sticks, glass, and rocks in the excess topsoil that was blown back on to the fresh sod. As we watched the crew work, the soil was not raked out evenly or level throughout the entire yard. It was not properly rolled after installation because, "the handle kept coming off the roller". When we contacted Andrew, he assured us he would send his guys out to address our concerns. They did. The gaps were "fixed" by tearing pieces of sod off of what was already laid and basically throwing them in the spots. (These chunks ended up dying as they were the dried out ends of what was overlapped on the rolls.) As far as rolling.....same broken roller....it was rolled by an employee who obviously wanted to be anywhere else but on the job. When asked why it was only rolled in one direction......he said the handle would not stay on the roller. Really? He looked at me, stone faced, and kept repeating himself by saying, "are you satisfied Ma'am? Ma'am are you satisfied?" At which point, yeah, you can leave now....we will give Andrew a call. We did. We expressed the concerns about the humps and spaces, and the fact that our sidewalk flooded since the install. He said he would come by and take a look, but that drainage was not listed in the contract. It was never an issue before this sod was installed! Haven't seen or heard from him since. Now, with that being said, it looks good from afar....but....when you walk around and look at it, gaps and mounds, and of course small "holes" where the rolls didn't meet. I would put money on it that HE wouldn't be happy with this job if it was HIS money or HIS front yard. There is no pride taken in the work that was paid for by us. None. Clearly the customer is not a priority. Our questions and concerns were an inconvenience. Fell on deaf ears. We did hear about how busy he was and how successful his roll off business is as it made him as much money as our job cost in one day. Yep, straight from the horses mouth. When an employee tells the customer, "I wouldn't be happy with this either." There's a definite problem. Most of the crew were hard working, but the shortcuts taken and the lack of follow up and now the ghosting (since March 10th) will definitely not get this company any referrals from us. There was no extra work performed. We paid for 10 pallets installed. We opted to have the excess from the front yard installed in the back vs. letting you "take it off our hands." All the best~
