worst lawn company ever. literally just rushes to get done, missing whole entire sections, doesn't blow clipped glass and weeds away from houses, blew trash all in my yard, I am not happy and they need to ne educated on how to do lawns, not just crappy work

Went to empty the dumpsters and one of the owners pulled a handgun on me in broad daylight, he stated that he'd been having problems with "thefts" on his property. I was driving a company truck with the name on the side, I posted the video on Facebook if anyone would like to see the evil in his eyes as he was brandishing the firearm. He invited me to get out of the truck and called me a punk when I didn't yet he's the one with the firearm. I was never apologized to after he found out who I was nor was I going to apologize to him, it is an experience that I'll never forget and I'm going to tell whoever listens. Their company sucks and the owners do too!

Called to get an estimate to have sprinkler zone repaired and sod installed. I was basically told that the job wasn't big enough for them. If you are a commercial property, go with them and let them take your money. If you need residential work done, I wouldn't waste my time calling them.

Website states Outdoor Solutions does both residential and commercial lawn care however when I called to ask for a quote for my backyard I was told they are moving towards commercial only. Website should be changed to reflect as such.
