Terrible terrible terrible costumer service!!! This place will not honor the quote they 1st quoted us and now will not return messages. My husband called about a month ago and got a quote with a special they were running. My husband called back a week later to schedule and they never returned his phone calls. I messaged them on Facebook and they finally wrote back. I told him the quote they already gave us and They gave us a day they could come then NEVER messaged me back. I got my mom to write him after that and he messaged back with a higher quote than they quoted us before. So obviously they just do not want to honor the great price they gave us to begin with. Terrible terrible customer service. They also have blocked me from commenting or adding a review on their facebook site. If you don't want to give us that price anymore, just tell me! Don't ignore your costumers and then block them on Facebook!!
