Cody and his team have always done an excellent job on my property. I've had multiple complicated projects that he handled with ease. Always easy to communicate with and has the knowledge to complete any job. It's really nice to do business with people that you can keep on retainer. Cody has completed lots of work for me. I have a campground and flower farm. His team has cleared, leveled, and built a concrete pad for us at a very fair price! He is very knowledgeable and treats costumers with compassion. He always comes through no matter the project. These guys are problem solvers! Highly recommend Summit.

Had Cody come out for an estimate and then had to wait awhile. Decided last minute I wanted to surprise my husband with the new driveway and Cody made it happen with no complaints and promptly ! Had Summit come out for a new construction project. Very thorough, went over several options with us and what he thought was best. He cleared several acres for us, ground over 100 stumps and cleaned up all the chips then leveled off the newly cleared land, graded a pad for the house and cut in a new driveway. Extremely pleased with him and his work. Will definitely use him again and highly reccomend! A++

Summit Land Solutions, LLC was awesome to work with and delivered high quality results! I personally have used this company multiple times. Summit Solutions assisted in building a driveway and installing metal drainage pipes. Summit also constructed a ditch to divert water run-off to the desired location. Summit Solutions also completed brush clearing in different areas which involved mulching multiple different terrains. Summit Solutions responded to my call immediately and gave me a fair quote on all my needed issues.
