They dropped off an entire truck full of mulch in the street outside our house at 2:00pm today. We didn’t order any and were told they didn’t know why it was here and waited over an hour before calling them back and they still had not dispatched anyone. We didn’t get mail, emergency vehicles cannot get through and my neighbors and I cannot get in and out. Arborgaurd claimed they always drop it there when I spoke to them which is false. It has not happened before. They then refused to come and move the mulch and went home for the day. APD tried to contact them but the day shift went home after saying they would remove the stuff and to top it off the day crew didn’t inform the night crew at all. Even APD was asking them why they aren’t taking responsibility and resolving this since they were made aware at 3:30pm. It is never ok to drop this in the street like this but they refused to move it claiming they didn’t know where it should even go. My husband and I both have blisters from trying to clear the roadway. Very poor way to do business and resulted in hours of work just to get out of my driveway and unblock a fire hydrant. Unprofessional to the max. Now it’s raining so who knows when they will remove this entire truck worth of illegal dump they carelessly left here. Here are photos of them doing it. The pile was over 6 feet tall and 15 feet wide. We were left to clear the road for them. Update: They did not come out in the morning as promised to remove the mulch either and instead relied on volunteers from the neighborhood. I spoke to Adam who said they were given my address to drop it off. Obviously that is not true. They still refused to take credit for their actions and left others to do the cleanup work.

I work with the arborist John Brooks. He is EXCELLENT - the best arborist I have ever had care for my trees. He was the first to do soil analysis and properly diagnose the issues with one of my trees. He gives me very good treatment plans and educates me on what is needed -- which I really appreciate. It helps me avoid anything that would be harmful for my trees. I also believe the prices are reasonable for the care provided. My main tree, a cherry, is a memorial tree for my parents, so I care for it a great deal. I feel is in good hands with Arborguard and John.

My experience with Arborguard was painless and stress free. They quickly set up an appointment to provide a written estimate. The work was scheduled within a few weeks. Everyone was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. They did a wonderful job pruning and trimming 5 very large oak trees, 2 cherry trees plus several other trees on the property, They arrived when they said they would arrive and left the property neat and clean when they were done. They did not ask for any money up front and invoiced me several weeks after the work was completed. I will definitely use them again.

John Powell and the ArborGuard team are an outstanding company to work with. They provided excellent advice and estimates, and followed through with precise and thorough work on my trees. They did great pruning, but also helped identify and treat a serious insect infestation. I highly recommend these folks.

Madeline with Arborguard comes to my home once a year to inject the aging trunk of my cherry tree. She puts in nutrients and a fungicide which have helped my tree enormously. Then she does a feeding of swamp water into the root system of that tree along with 6 others to bloom boost for the upcoming Spring. I highly recommend Arborguard and Madeline to anyone who takes pride in what is growing around your home! The difference wis well worth the price!!
